Public Service Career and Internship Fair

The Partnership for Public Service will be hosting its annual Public Service Career and Internship Fair on July 16, 2009 from 3:00-7:00 p.m. at the National Building Museum. This year's fair will bring together 75 federal agencies and more than 3,600 students and young professionals to promote government career and internship opportunities. Indianapolis Bar Association Diversity Job Fair

Public Service Career Day
Sponsor: The University of Texas School of Law.
Dates: January 28 & 29, 2010

Public Service Career Day (PSCD) is the largest public service job fair for law students in Texas. During PSCD, public interest and government employers will conduct interviews for paid and unpaid summer and permanent positions. You may request to interview first, second, third-year and/or LL.M. students and alumni up to one year after graduation from all nine participating Texas law schools.  Employers and eligible students interested in participating in PSCD can contact Mary Emma Civins at mcivins@law.utexas.edu.

Washington, DC/Baltimore Public Service Career Fair

This growing event will feature individual interviews as well as table talk opportunities with students from six area law schools. Last year’s fair brought more than 75 employers and 400+ students together to meet and discuss public interest and government opportunities in the Washington, D.C. area. Georgetown/George Washington Law Public Sector Recruiting Program

Public Interest Legal Career Fair

Midwest Public Interest Law Career Conference
Sponsors: Northwestern University School of Law and the Chicago Area Law School Consortium.

The Midwest Public Interest Law Career Conference (MPILCC) enables employers from public interest and government organizations and J.D. students to gather for a day of interviews and informal networking. MPILCC is open to students from law schools in: Illinois, Minnesota, Indiana, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin.  Held in Chicago, IL at Northwestern School of Law.

Each year, the MPILCC Conference attracts nearly 50 employers for on-site interviews, Table Talk (an informal networking session), or resume solicitation. From an average eleven hundred student registrants, about 275 students representing about 40 law schools attend the conference. The conference is free to employers and students.
